The 15th Annual Capital City Bikefest held September 20-22 is in the books. I appreciate all those involved the event and its host Tobacco Road Harley-Davidson for letting me be a sponsor for 11 straight years. The event took place again this year at the Tobacco Road dealership and in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina. The location downtown was a little different this year but they still had some great events in and around the Contemporary Art Museum including the Tattoo Fest, the 3rd Annual Rumble in Raleigh car show, the Stray Cat Sideshow and music. The Tobacco Road dealership was really hopping for those 3 days – 2 scheduled rides )Patriot Ride and Parade of Lights), Rhett Rotten’s Wall of Death, Stunt Shows, Music, Kids (5-7 yrs.old) bike drag race, sound-off competition, many vendors and a lot of good music. I enjoyed meeting a lot of great bikers and handing out my motorcycle towels.
